I often tell friends that that if they want to hear interesting stories from work, they should probably ask someone else. To be sure, I have some great stories to share - but they belong to the NTCA members, companies that have deployed broadband facilities atop a windy mountain or enabled distance education or telehealth. So, it was a relatively uplifting experience this afternoon when the local radio news station played its "breaking news" fanfare and announced the FCC vote on Net Neutrality/Internet Freedom. Since I was there, I felt like I was part of the news.
