After social media was invaded by parents, many young Internet users sought solace in Snapchat, which enables users to send photos and videos that disappear within less than a minute. The app is a boon for anyone who does not want Mom to see him (or her) at that party or with that person or drinking that drink. It has reigned as a virtual clubhouse, without the need for a “No Grown Ups Allowed” sign because, frankly, the adults were still figuring out Facebook. Unfortunately, boring old working people using stuff like math and numbers have found that is changing.
